This home has 2 bedrooms on either side of an open floor plan living area. The living area has soaring ceilings and bay windows that overlook a eucalyptus grove and offer peekaboo views of the bay. Redwood trim and paneling throughout the home were all salvaged from property during renovation. The kitchen has an antique Wedgwood, sink and full-size refrigerator. The bathroom has a subway-tiled shower, vintage-style sink and modern toilet. Each bedroom has its own television, dresser, clothing rack and view of the trees. The house is heated by a gas wall heater.

House 4 is one-half of a duplex created by dividing a large historic family home into two wings. Each wing is fully private, with no shared amenities. The wings are connected with hotel-style double doors. These doors are securely locked on both sides to ensure your privacy, but you may hear the residents in the Ranch House bedroom on the other side. We provide sounds machines for your comfort.

The home has a covered porch, firepit and is just a 100 yard walk to the beach.
